Below are examples of event and party planning tasks that I can undertake for a birthday party or any other event that you may need assistance with. Below are examples that I have previously used for a 4 year old little girls birthday party in November 09.
Party Theme Suggestion - Wild Wild West.
Party Invitation Design, Writing & Mailing - Wanted poster invitations featuring the child, tea stained and individually burned, posted out in envelopes with bullet holes. Thank you cards to match.

Themed Party Games - Room set out with various stalls, tin can alley, coconut shy, pin the tail on the pony, shoot em down, apple bobbing a chocolate gold coin hunt and hobby horse relay.
Music to Match the Party Theme - MP3 including line dancing songs and western music.
Party Food In Keeping with the Theme - Fajitas, popcorn, candy floss, corn on the cob, milkshakes etc.
Design and Make Fancy Dress Costumes - Hand made leather waistcoat and chaps in age 4 and 2.
Room Decorations - Bales of hay, cow print balloons, inflatable cactus, wanted posters and saloon style accessories.
Sourcing Relevant Party Entertainers - Lasso training for party guests, rodeo bull, cow, horse and red indian and moustache face painting etc.
Novelty Cake Design & Creation - Full size cowboy hat sat on a bandana board with a sheriff's badge.

Themed Party Bags - Bandanas tied on canes with gifts inside – mini handcuffs, mini harmonicas, sheriff badges, edible lasso ropes, toy horses and temporary sheriff tattoos.
Additional party task examples that I have completed include a 'down at the bottom of the garden party' including, fairy and insect costumes, themed buffet, a toad stool cake and leaf invitations. A pirate themed party, including pop up pirate cake, pirate costume creation and individually burnt and tea stained treasure map invitations sent out in gold tubes.
For my own wedding I designed, hand written leaf skeleton invitations on tracing paper laced with brown ribbons and I decorated my tables with leaf skeletons and coffee beans.
