The aMillionJobsToDo... Rules and Terms of Service

aMillionJobsToDo... allows you to suggest literally any task that you need completing and also propose how much you would like to pay for that service. Any relative job will be considered for a minimum sum of £1 and all I ask in return is that you spread the word of my service!!

Any inappropriate, distasteful or rude tasks will be ignored and will not be posted on this website - This is not what this concept is about! Please note any internet forum comments found to be discussing the concept in this manner will also be reported and I will ask for them to be removed!

All suggested fees are negotiable. Jobs must be priced fairly according to time, difficulty and location. Fees will be decided by both the client and aMillionJobsToDo... to ensure that both parties reach a figure that they are happy with. aMillionJobsToDo... will not complete tasks for under minimum wage and therefore no initial fee suggestion is contractualy binding and I reserve the right to reject tasks if they are not priced accordingly.

Jobs will be dealt with in the order in which they are received. Completion times will be estimated at quotation and I will endeavour to meet these times whenever possible.  However at busy periods, dates may be subject to change after discussion with the client.

All materials, postage and/or travel costs incurred to complete tasks are non-negotiable, will be paid by the client and need to be considered in the fee suggestion. Fees are to be paid in advance in full, or for larger jobs a deposit and/or materials and equipment cost will be paid in advance with the final balance payable on completion.

Payment Options:

All jobs will be invoiced directly by aMillionJobsToDo's accountant and can be paid by PayPal, cheque or directly into the aMillionJobsToDo... bank account.  Only on receipt of cleared funds or deposit will the task commence. If you choose to pay by by PayPal please note there will be a small charge of 3.4% added to your total costs to cover all PayPal fees.

I reserve the right to sub-contract jobs when required. If a third party is to be used to complete your task, you will be informed of this at the quotation stage.

Email agreements are contractually binding as aMillionJobsToDo does not issue contracts or proposals for signature.

You must adhere to the the rules of service and the agreed payment structures for your specific task request at all times or legal proceedings may enforced against you.

aMillionJobsToDo... is offering a flexible service concept to try and assist the general public with unusual or varied task requirements, however please do not take advantage of the concept by offering unreasonable fee suggestions. This may result in your request being ignored.

Other terms and conditions may also be applicable depending on the particular job requirements; however these terms will be explained upon quotation or fee negotiation.
